Transaksi gagal [E01]Transaksi gagal Silakan lakukan transaksi ulang dengan gunakan kartu lain. [E 01] [xxxxxx]Get error message E01 when doing transactions. this is because the ARPC is invalid. this will trigger the check status on off-us or on-usTransaction Pending. then user might need to wait and check the history regularly. in between the status might be updated, or the longest update would be D+1Mohon maaf atas ketidaknyamanannya, Bapak/Ibu Saat ini transaksi pending karena ada kendala pada sistem bank. Tim internal kami membutuhkan waktu 1 hari kerja (maksimal 23:59) untuk melakukan pengecekan apakah transaksi berhasil atau gagal. Saran kami untuk Bapak/Ibu: 1. Jangan serahkan uang ke pelanggan selama status transaksi masih pending. 2. Cek status transaksi secara berkala melalui menu Riwayat Transaksi di aplikasi Mini ATM Pro. 3. Simpan nomor HP pelanggan, supaya Bapak/Ibu bisa informasikan apabila status transaksi berubah (berhasil atau gagal). Kami mohon kesabaran Bapak/Ibu selama proses pengecekan berlangsung.
